Overview
The Pony Express 1065 tows up to 5,000 lb on a flat floor behind one walking operator. It is the main heavy duty model in the line for warehouses, plants, hospitals and labs.
It keeps the 25 by 24 inch body of the 2,000 lb 1062 and doubles the battery to a 70 Ah AGM pack. The pack runs up to 8 hours and recharges in about 4 hours from the onboard charger on a 120 or 240 VAC outlet.

How much can the Pony Express 1065 tow?
It tows up to 5,000 lb on a flat floor, with a 30 degree incline rating at a reduced load. Send us the cart weights, the floor and any ramps on the route and we confirm the model in a written quote.
How fast does the 1065 go?
Up to 3 mph, about walking pace, forward and reverse. Let go of the thumb wheel and it comes to a controlled stop.
How long does the 1065 run on a charge?
The 70 Ah AGM pack runs up to 8 hours and recharges in about 4 hours from the onboard charger on a 120 or 240 VAC outlet.
Is there a lithium version of the 1065?
Yes. The 1065 Lithium tows the same 5,000 lb on casters and runs on a swappable lithium pack for more than one shift.
