Overview
The Pony Express 1052 puts a battery powered hydraulic scissor table on a self-propelled base. The operator loads it low, drives it across the plant at up to 3 mph, and raises up to 2,500 lb to the height the next station needs.
It comes in six standard builds. Each pairs a 2,000 or 2,500 lb capacity with 24, 36 or 48 inches of vertical travel. Every build starts at a 17.5 inch lowered height and rises to 41.5, 53.5 or 65.5 inches. Standard platforms are 26 inches wide and 40, 48 or 64 inches long, and platforms up to 36 by 84 inches are available.
Crawl speed keeps a raised load under control. Whenever the platform is off its lowest position, drive speed drops to a quarter of normal, so the operator can still inch the cart into place. The cart can also be set up to stop all travel while the platform is raised.
On board batteries give up to 5 miles of operation on a charge, with no AC power needed except to recharge. Hand controls are on a pendant, and a horn, key switch and emergency stop come standard.

Questions
Which 1052 build do I need?
Start with the heaviest load and the height it has to reach. The 24 inch travel builds rise to 41.5 inches, the 36 inch builds to 53.5 inches and the 48 inch builds to 65.5 inches, each at 2,000 or 2,500 lb. Send us the load and the station height and we name the build.
Can I drive the cart with the load raised?
Yes, at reduced speed. Crawl speed limits travel to a quarter of normal whenever the platform is not fully down. The cart can also be set up to stop all travel while the platform is raised.
What platform sizes are available?
Standard platforms are 26 inches wide and 40, 48 or 64 inches long, depending on the travel. Platforms up to 36 by 84 inches are available, and so are ball transfer, rotating, conveyor and stainless steel tops.
How far does it go on a charge?
Up to 5 miles of operation. A higher capacity battery pack is available when the cart works a longer route.
How do I get a price?
Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.
How does it arrive?
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
