Linen and laundry
Wire shelf linen carts carry 1,500 lb on three adjustable shelves under a zippered vinyl cover and run up to 8 hours on a charge. The wire shelf carts come in twelve sizes from 36 to 72 inches long, and the aluminum shelf carts are sized for 18 to 50 beds. Bin carts take laundry bins from 14 to 84 cubic feet, and the security linen cart locks up to 2,000 lb of scrubs and uniforms in an aluminum cabinet.
Medical gas cylinders
MGC carts hold 24 to 48 M7, M9, C, D and E cylinders upright on a 1,500 or 2,000 lb deck, with an optional plasticized rack coating that keeps cylinders off bare metal and quiet in the halls. The 2010 and 2100 carry liquid cylinders, and the 2100 loads and unloads cylinders up to 850 lb by itself.
Supplies and cart trains
Motorized platform carts carry supplies, case carts and equipment on a flat deck. Walk-behind electric tuggers tow the carts you already own, from 1,500 lb with the compact models to 5,000 lb with the 1065 on a flat floor.
Halls, elevators and ramps
Measure the narrowest door, the elevator car and the steepest ramp on each route before you choose. The wire shelf linen carts are rated for ramps up to 15 degrees, and the gas cylinder, laundry bin and security carts for 6 degrees.

Questions
Can you power the carts we already own?
Yes. A tugger tows your existing carts, drive kits fit linen and housekeeping carts from any maker, and laundry bins and security cabinets can be fitted to a powered platform cart. Send photos and sizes and we confirm what fits.
Can the machines be locked against unauthorized use?
The linen and gas cylinder carts have a keyed power switch, so they do not drive without the key. The security linen cart also locks its cabinet doors with a hasp.
How long do the batteries last?
The wire shelf linen carts run up to 8 hours on a charge. The gas cylinder carts cover up to 10 miles per charge. The onboard chargers plug into a standard wall outlet.
How do we move oxygen cylinders safely?
Upright and secured in a rack. The MGC motorized cylinder carts carry 24 to 48 small cylinders with a roll back brake, a dead man stop, a keyed power lock, a horn and an emergency stop, and the 2010 and 2100 carts carry K size and liquid cylinders up to 850 lb.
