The MGC-M32 is a powered cart with a welded steel rack that holds 32 medical gas cylinders upright. It takes M7, M9, C, D and E cylinders, so one person moves a full rack from the dock or storage room to the floors without pushing it.
The rack is bare steel with no protective coating. The MGC-M32C is the same cart with a plasticized rack coating that keeps cylinders off bare metal and quiets the ride.
The rack rides on a motorized platform cart with a standard 1,500 or 2,000 lb deck, and larger payloads are available. Speed runs from 0 to 3 mph with a high and low setting, the handle sits 39 inches off the floor, and the cart is rated for inclines up to 6 degrees. Non-marking tires protect finished floors.
Deep cycle AGM batteries charge from the onboard charger on any 100 to 240 volt outlet, and a charge covers up to 10 miles. A brake prevents roll back on inclines, and a dead man stop, keyed power lock, horn and emergency stop come standard. Larger racks, custom decks and cylinder loading options are built to order.
M7, M9, C, D and E cylinders, up to 32 at a time. For a liquid gas cylinder or K size cylinders, see the Pony Express 2010 and Pony Express 2100 cylinder delivery carts.
The coated racks (model numbers ending in C) have a plasticized layer so cylinders never touch bare metal. It stops scratches and chipping and cuts noise in halls and labs. The uncoated racks are bare welded steel.
The rack sits on a standard 1,500 or 2,000 lb deck, chosen when you order, and larger payloads are available. Tell us your cylinder sizes and how many you move per trip and we size the deck.
It is rated for inclines up to 6 degrees, and a brake keeps it from rolling back when you stop. If your route has a steeper ramp, tell us the slope before you order.
The onboard charger plugs into any 100 to 240 volt outlet. The deep cycle AGM batteries cover up to 10 miles between charges.
Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
