Overview
The industrial utility cart is the heavy, built to order end of the utility cart line. It is engineered for loads of 2,000 lb and up, in warehouses, plants and anywhere a shelf at a convenient height makes a materials run easier.
Deck length, deck width, shelf height and capacity are all built to suit the job, and the shelf can be shaped around one part or fixture. The platform sits 11.5 inches off the floor and the handle 40 inches. Builds in service include a 3,000 lb double deck cart on a 35 by 52 inch deck and a 2,000 lb stock picking cart.
Thumb wheel controls give variable speed forward and reverse, up to 3 mph in the fast mode and 1.5 mph in the slow mode. Dead man operation brings the cart to a controlled stop when the operator lets go, and an automatic holding brake keeps it parked on a slope.
Deep cycle AGM batteries give up to 10 miles of operation on a charge from the on board smart charger. Every cart in this line is built to order, so it is priced by written quote. Send us what you move, its weight and size, and the route it travels, including doors, elevators and ramps. We confirm the build with the factory and send the quote with the lead time.

Questions
How much will it carry?
These carts start at 2,000 lb and go up, with the capacity built to the job. A double deck build in service carries 3,000 lb on a 35 by 52 inch deck.
How is it different from the double deck utility carts?
The MPCS double deck carts are standard models rated for 1,500 lb with fixed deck sizes. The industrial cart starts at 2,000 lb and is built around your load, often with a shaped shelf.
How far does it go on a charge?
Up to 10 miles of operation. The on board smart charger plugs into a 120 or 240 volt outlet and an illuminated indicator shows the charge level.
How do I get a price?

How does it arrive?
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
