The 2010 is an upright powered cart for big cylinders. It carries one liquid gas cylinder or up to four K size cylinders, loaded by hand, and drives them over thresholds and up ramps so nobody pushes or drags the load.
The drive wheel is linked to the tiller, which gives a tight turning radius, and the footprint is close to a manual cylinder cart, so it works in the storerooms and halls your hand trucks use now. Large elastomer tread wheels and a quiet drive keep it smooth on hard floors.
Speed runs from 0 to 3 mph and a charge covers up to 10 miles. Regenerative braking gives a controlled stop at any speed, an automatic brake prevents roll back, and the IP 54 rated controller has a horn and emergency stop. The onboard charger works on any 100 to 240 volt outlet, and sleep mode saves the battery between runs.
For racks of small M7, M9, C, D and E cylinders, see the MGC medical gas cylinder carts. For liquid cylinders up to 850 lb with powered loading, see the Pony Express 2100.
One liquid gas cylinder or up to four K size cylinders. The operator loads them by hand and the cart does the moving.
The footprint is close to an equivalent manual cart, and the drive wheel steers with the tiller for a tight turning radius. Send us your door widths and the elevator size and we confirm the fit.
Up to 10 miles. The onboard charger plugs into any 100 to 240 volt outlet, and sleep mode saves the battery while the cart is parked.
The 2010 is loaded by hand and takes one liquid cylinder or up to four K size cylinders. The 2100 loads and unloads a liquid cylinder up to 850 lb itself, so nobody tips the cylinder by hand.
