Overview
The PartsCaddyLite is the light duty motorized platform cart in the PartsCaddy range. It carries up to 1,000 lb and suits parts runs, supply rooms and medical carts that do not need the full size cart.
A 24 volt system of two 12 volt 105 Ah batteries drives an 800 lb transaxle. A variable speed twist grip runs the cart from 0 to 3 mph forward and reverse, and it pivots a full 360 degrees.
A safety stop switch at the back of the handle box stops the cart at once. An automatic charger and a battery gauge come standard. Each unit is built to order for the load it moves. Send us the weight, the floor surface, any ramps and the bed size you need, and we quote the right drive and battery package in writing.
Options
- Foam filled tires
- Safety stop switch and front bumper safety stop switches
- Safety horn and safety light
- Parking brake
- Larger bed sizes and custom shelving
- Power steering
- Scissor lifts and hoppers
Questions
How much can the PartsCaddyLite carry?
Up to 1,000 lb. For heavier loads, the PartsCaddy carries up to 2,000 lb on a 36 volt system.
What bed size does it have?
Bed sizes are built to order, and larger beds and custom shelving are options. Tell us what you move and we size the bed.
How long does a charge last?
The batteries usually last two shifts in normal use. Run time depends on the load and the route, so we confirm it for your job.
How do I get a price?
Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.
How does it arrive?
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
