Overview
The Pony Express 1085 carries an endoscopy tower on a powered drive. The technician walks alongside and sets the speed with a thumb wheel, so a loaded cart of scopes, processors and monitors moves between procedure rooms without anyone leaning into it.
The cart is 54 inches long, 27 inches wide and 51 inches high. It runs from 0 to 3 mph, is rated for a 6 degree incline and gives up to 10 miles of operation on a charge. Regenerative braking stops it under control and an automatic holding brake keeps it still on a slope.
Both columns are configured to your equipment, with 3, 6 or 9 inch drawers, shelves and a keyboard shelf. Three removable rear panels with cable holes keep equipment wiring inside the cart. The on board charger plugs in through a 10 foot hospital grade retractable cord.

Questions
What goes in the two columns?
Drawers 3, 6 or 9 inches high, shelves and a keyboard shelf, in the mix you need. Removable rear panels with cable holes keep equipment wiring inside the cart.
How is the cart secured?
Choose individual drawer locks, column locks, an electronic keypad with a PIN code, or a keypad with a proximity card reader. The electrical cabinet has its own keyed lock.
Will it handle ramps and thresholds?
It is rated for a 6 degree incline. The automatic holding brake keeps the cart still when the operator stops on a slope.
How does it charge?
The on board charger runs on 120 or 240 volts through a 10 foot hospital grade retractable cord. Plug it in after the last case and it is ready the next day.
