Overview

A fully stocked crash cart is heavy to push down a long corridor, over carpet or up a ramp. This cart has its own battery powered drive, so the person with it steers while the drive does the work.

There is no catalog model. Each cart is built around the tools, instruments and medication your team carries, with secure storage and the drawer layout you specify.

Builds can include a stainless steel or aluminum frame, pendant, dual or wireless controls, collision detection that watches the path of travel, magnetic sensor docking, converters that power your own equipment from the cart, dual center wheel drives for tighter turns and lithium iron phosphate batteries. Your color, logo and labeling can be added.

Every cart in this line is built to order, so it is priced by written quote. Send us what you move, its weight and size, and the route it travels, including doors, elevators and ramps. We confirm the build with the factory and send the quote with the lead time.

Options

  • Drawer and shelf layout built around your supplies
  • Locking from individual drawer locks to keypad and card reader access
  • Stainless steel or aluminum frame
  • Pendant, dual or wireless controls
  • Collision detection and magnetic sensor docking
  • On board scale
  • Lithium iron phosphate batteries
  • Your color, logo, labels and operator manuals

Questions

What size crash cart can be built?

There is no fixed size. Tell us the supplies, the drawer layout and the doors and elevators the cart has to clear, and the factory confirms the dimensions and payload in writing with your quote.

How does the operator drive it?

Control options include a pendant, dual controls so the cart can be driven from two positions, and wireless control. We help you choose the one that suits how your team responds to a code.

Can the cart be locked?

Yes. Locking options run from individual drawer locks and column locks to an electronic keypad with a PIN code or a proximity card reader.

Will it work in elevators and on ramps?

It is built for hospital floors, corridors and elevators. Tell us about the ramps and thresholds on your route and the drive is specified for them.

How do I get a price?

Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.

How does it arrive?

Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
