Overview
The WagonCaddy is a powered wagon style cart for heavy parts, rolls and material. It hauls up to 3,000 lb, and the bed, shelves or table are built to the job, including long beds and roll cradles.
WagonWheel steering turns the front of the cart for easy steering under load, and the drive pivots a full 360 degrees. A 36 volt system of three 12 volt 85 Ah batteries drives a 1,500 lb transaxle.
A variable speed twist grip runs the cart from 0 to 3 mph forward and reverse, with neutral throttle braking and adjustable acceleration. An automatic charger and a battery gauge come standard. Each unit is built to order for the load it moves. Send us the weight, the floor surface, any ramps and the bed size you need, and we quote the right drive and battery package in writing.
Options
- Foam filled tires
- Safety stop switch and front bumper safety stop switches
- Safety horn and safety light
- Parking brake
- Larger bed sizes and custom shelving
- Power steering
- Scissor lifts and hoppers
Questions
How much can the WagonCaddy haul?
Up to 3,000 lb. For heavier loads, the WagonCaddyHD carries up to 10,000 lb.
What is WagonWheel steering?
The front of the cart steers like a wagon, which makes a loaded cart easier to turn. Power steering is available as an option.
Can the bed be built for our parts?
Yes. Long beds, roll cradles, racks, shelves, tables and lift tables are built on before the cart ships.
How do I get a price?
Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.
How does it arrive?
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
