Overview
QuickStack is a modular VRC that serves 2, 3 or 4 levels. It installs with a forklift from bolt-together sections and quick-connect wiring, with no field welding.
It has an overhead mechanical drive (3 hp, 208 to 460 V, 3 phase), a low profile carriage with a 4 inch lowered height and C, Z or 90 degree loading patterns. It needs 8 feet above the upper floor.
What comes standard
- Bolt-together sections with quick-connect cabling and no field welding
- Bi-parting swing landing gates with safety rated interlocks, factory mounted
- Slack chain sensors and platform free-fall arrest devices
- Expanded metal enclosures, mostly factory mounted
- NEMA 4 push buttons and a NEMA 12 motor control panel, mounted and wired
Questions
What options are there for QuickStack?
Enclosed carriages, carriage gates in place of snap chains, single swing landing gates, a manual maintenance lock for the upper level, carriage sizes and speeds outside the standard, and special paint.
How much headroom does QuickStack need?
8 feet above the upper floor. Send us the floor to floor heights, the number of levels and the loading pattern, and we size the lift.
What do we send for a quote?
The load weight and size, the travel and the platform size you need. Add the power at the site and your delivery ZIP code. We confirm the model and send a written quote.
How do I get a price?
Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.
How does it arrive?
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
