Overview
The MCS-247215-60 is a powered stock picking cart with a chrome wire shelving unit 24 inches wide, 72 inches long and 60 inches tall. One person walks it through aisles and stockrooms and picks onto three shelves without pushing a loaded cart.
The cart carries up to 1,500 lb. Two of the three shelves adjust in 1 inch steps and one is fixed. The powered platform adds about 12 inches to the shelving height, and extra shelves, wire mesh enclosures and vinyl covers are available.
Center wheel drive gives a tight turning radius in narrow aisles. The thumb wheel control runs from 0 to 3 mph in fast mode and 0 to 1.5 mph in slow mode, forward and reverse, and the handle sits 40 inches off the floor. Deep cycle AGM batteries cover up to 10 miles between charges, and the onboard charger plugs into a 120 or 240 volt outlet.
The cart comes to a controlled stop when the operator lets go of the control, and an automatic holding brake keeps it parked on an incline. A keyed power switch, emergency stop, horn, battery gauge, non-marking tires and a full vinyl bumper come standard.
This model has the 60 inch shelving option. The MCS-247215-54 is the same cart with 54 inch shelving.

Yes. Extra shelves, wire mesh enclosures and vinyl covers are available, and the shelving comes 54 or 60 inches tall. List what you need on the quote request.
What happens if the operator lets go?
The cart comes to a controlled stop, and the automatic holding brake keeps it from moving when it is parked on an incline.
