Overview
The 0244-301-25 links carts into a train. It fastens to the trailing end of a cart through four holes in its mounting bar, and the next cart couples onto its ball with a 0244-301-12 ball coupler.
A round safety bar wraps the front of the ball. It is rated for 5,000 lb of towing and weighs about 13 lb. Repeat the pair on each cart to add carts to the train, and keep the full train within the tugger rating.

Is it the same part as the 0244-301-12?
No. The 0244-301-25 is the ball and safety bar on the trailing end of a cart. The 0244-301-12 is the locking ball coupler on the next cart. Each cart to cart link uses one of each.

It is rated for 5,000 lb. The total train must also stay within the rating of your tugger.
