Overview
The 2100 picks up a large liquid gas cylinder, carries it and sets it down again. The operator actuates the cradle, a hook grabs the cylinder, and the cart docks it in a rest position for transport, so nobody tips or lifts the cylinder by hand.
It takes cylinders up to 20 inches in diameter, 57 to 69 inches tall and 850 lb, and drives them on flat, inclined and rough floors at 0 to 3 mph. The cart is 56.3 inches long, 25.5 inches wide and 50.8 inches tall.
Regenerative braking gives a controlled stop at any speed, and an electro mechanical parking brake holds the cart when it is parked. A horn and emergency stop sit at the operator station. A charge covers up to 10 miles, the onboard charger works on any 100 to 240 volt outlet, and sleep mode saves the battery between runs.

How does the loading work?
The operator brings the cart to the cylinder and actuates the cradle. A hook grabs the cylinder, and the cart tilts it back into a rest position for transport. Unloading runs the same steps in reverse.
Will it fit our halls and elevators?
The cart is 56.3 inches long, 25.5 inches wide and 50.8 inches tall. A tall cylinder rides tilted back on the cradle, so send us your elevator size and door widths and we confirm the fit with your cylinder.
How does it hold on a ramp?
Regenerative braking slows the loaded cart, and the electro mechanical parking brake holds it when it is parked.
