Overview
The Pony Express 1052-2500-36 is the 2,500 lb build of the 1052 scissor lift cart with 36 inches of vertical travel. The platform rises from 17.5 inches to 53.5 inches off the floor in about 11 seconds.
The standard platform is 26 by 48 inches. Platforms up to 36 by 72 inches are available on this build.
The operator drives the cart at up to 3 mph and raises the load at the destination. Whenever the platform is off its lowest position, crawl speed limits travel to a quarter of normal so a raised load can be inched into place.
On board batteries give up to 5 miles of operation on a charge and need AC power only to recharge. Hand controls, a horn, a key switch and an emergency stop come standard.
