Overview
The Pony Express 1052-2000-36 is the 2,000 lb build of the 1052 scissor lift cart with 36 inches of vertical travel. The platform rises from 17.5 inches to 53.5 inches off the floor in about 9 seconds.
The standard platform is 26 by 48 inches. Platforms up to 36 by 72 inches are available on this build.
The operator drives the cart at up to 3 mph and raises the load at the destination. Whenever the platform is off its lowest position, crawl speed limits travel to a quarter of normal so a raised load can be inched into place.
On board batteries give up to 5 miles of operation on a charge and need AC power only to recharge. Hand controls, a horn, a key switch and an emergency stop come standard.
