The Pony Express 1032-3000 is the heavy duty cart in the platform line. It carries up to 3,000 lb on a 34.5 by 52 inch non-skid deck set 11.5 inches off the floor. The 1032-4000 uses the same deck and is rated for 4,000 lb.
A center wheel transaxle with spring suspension drives the cart. The drive wheel sits under the middle of the deck, so the cart turns in a tighter circle than a front wheel drive cart.
Two 12 volt 44 Ah AGM batteries are rated for about 8 hours of operation. The charger is built in and recharges the cart from a 120 or 240 volt outlet in about 4 hours.
A thumb wheel sets the speed, up to 3 mph in the high range and 1.5 mph in the low range, forward and reverse. When the operator lets go, regenerative braking stops the cart and an electromagnetic brake holds the load in place.
Up to 3,000 lb on its 34.5 by 52 inch deck. The 1032-4000 has the same deck rated for 4,000 lb.
When a single load is heavier than 2,000 lb. The 1031 series tops out at 2,000 lb. The 1032 series carries 3,000 or 4,000 lb on the wide 34.5 by 52 inch deck.
About 8 hours of operation on two 12 volt 44 Ah AGM batteries. The onboard charger plugs into a 120 or 240 volt outlet and recharges in about 4 hours.
The owner manual limits travel to inclines of 6 degrees or less, and the cart should be loaded, unloaded and parked on a level floor. Send us the slope on your route and we confirm the fit.
Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
