Overview
The mechanical cantilever VRC is a two-post freight lift for mezzanines that need steady, repeatable stopping and holding of the carriage during loading. The carriage hangs off the guide beams, so there is no overhead limit on load height.
Synchronized lifting chains keep the carriage level and allow wider carriages. It loads from three sides, and custom builds have reached about 100 feet of travel.
There are 6 standard models that handle 1,000 to 6,000 lb. Vertical travel is 144 in. Lowered height is 4.25 to 6.25 in. Carriage widths are 48 to 96 in and lengths are 36 to 96 in. Each model has its own row and model number in the table on this page.
