Overview
A motorized die cart moves a die between storage and the press and lifts it to bolster height. A roller conveyor or ball transfer top lets the operator slide the die across instead of dragging it, prying it or lifting it with a crane.
Each cart is built on a standard design and sized to your work. The capacity, the lowest and highest lift height, the table size and the size of the conveyor or ball transfer top are set first. The line is listed up to 6,000 lb, and heavier builds are engineered on request.
Safety options include accordion skirting around the lift, safety edging at pinch points, collision detection, a foot control switch and an on board scale that stops the cart being overloaded. Magnetic sensor docking lines the cart up with the press the same way every time.
Every cart in this line is built to order, so it is priced by written quote. Send us what you move, its weight and size, and the route it travels, including doors, elevators and ramps. We confirm the build with the factory and send the quote with the lead time.

How heavy a die can the cart carry?
The line is listed up to 6,000 lb and capacity is scalable, so heavier builds are engineered on request. Send us the weight and footprint of your heaviest die and the press it serves.
Can it move a die onto the press without a crane?
Yes. The cart raises the die to bolster height and the operator slides it across on the roller conveyor or ball transfer top. Magnetic sensor docking can line the cart up with the press each time.
What lift height can I get?
The lowest and highest lift heights are set when the cart is engineered, from your bolster height and how low the cart has to load. We confirm the travel with the factory.
Can it be built for a wash down area?
Yes. Stainless steel and aluminum frames are available, and NEMA or IP rated enclosures protect the electronics.
How do I get a price?

How does it arrive?
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
