Overview
The WasteCaddy HD pushes or pulls waste containers up to 10,000 lb on level ground, and it is rated for steeper inclines such as underground parking garage ramps. It latches into a receiver bracket bolted or welded to each container, so one machine serves every bin on a property.
A 3 HP 36 volt drive with the high output motor and controller package moves it at 0 to 3 mph forward and reverse. Three 12 volt batteries power it, and the automatic charger has a battery discharge indicator. The 5th wheel arm and a powder coated steel insert tube come with it.
Options include foam filled turf tires, snow tires, a safety stop switch, a horn, a flashing light and pole, maintenance free batteries, a weatherproof charger, a molded handlebar and one dumpster receiver for each container.
Questions
Will it climb a parking garage ramp?
Yes. The HD is rated for steeper inclines such as underground parking garages. Its 10,000 lb rating is for level ground, so send us the bin weight and the slope.
How does it connect to a dumpster?
A receiver bracket bolts or welds to each container and the mover latches into it. Order one receiver for every bin you want to move.
Does it work in snow?
Snow tires and foam filled turf tires are options. Air filled turf tires are standard.
