Overview
The TrailerCaddy 15K 48V moves semi trailers, OTR and tank trailers, lowboys and heavy equipment trailers up to 100,000 lb over short distances, indoors or outdoors. A 10 inch hydraulic pump lift kit raises trailer tongues up to 15,000 lb.
Four 150 amp batteries make a 48 volt system that drives a 48 volt transaxle through a 4.6 to 1 chain reduction, at 0 to 2 mph forward and reverse. It rolls on two 18 inch solid tread drive tires and one 18 inch steer tire. A safety stop switch and horn are standard, and the charger is external.
Options include a king pin attachment for fifth wheel trailers, pintle and ball hitches, an air brake release kit, dual steer wheels, lighting kits, an extended lift kit for 20 inches of total lift, a 24 inch lift kit for pintle and ball hitches, eight batteries, and AGM batteries for overseas shipment.

Semi trailers, OTR and tank trailers, lowboys and heavy equipment trailers up to 100,000 lb, with tongue weights up to 15,000 lb. Confirm the loaded weight and route with us.
Does it work with fifth wheel trailers?
Yes, with the king pin attachment option. Pintle and ball hitches are options too.
Can it release trailer air brakes?
An air brake release kit is an option. It includes the DC converter, motor, cables and air tank.
Can it be shipped overseas?
Yes. Order the AGM battery option, which is needed for overseas shipment.
