Overview

The PartsCaddy is a powered platform cart for parts, material and equipment. It carries up to 2,000 lb on a standard 27 by 48 inch bed, and the bed can be built to any size for the job.

A 36 volt system of three 12 volt 115 Ah batteries powers a 1,500 lb transaxle. The operator sets speed and direction with a variable speed twist grip, from 0 to 3 mph forward or reverse. Releasing the throttle slows the cart with neutral throttle braking, and acceleration and braking can be adjusted.

The cart pivots a full 360 degrees and rolls on non-marking tires. An automatic charger and a battery gauge come standard.

Common builds include shelving, side rails for drums, cradles for rolls, cash cages, gas cylinder racks and scissor lifts. Each unit is built to order for the load it moves. Send us the weight, the floor surface, any ramps and the bed size you need, and we quote the right drive and battery package in writing.

Options

  • Foam filled tires
  • Safety stop switch and front bumper safety stop switches
  • Safety horn and safety light
  • Parking brake
  • Larger bed sizes and custom shelving
  • Power steering
  • Scissor lifts and hoppers

Questions

How much can the PartsCaddy carry?

Up to 2,000 lb on the standard 27 by 48 inch bed. Real performance depends on the floor, the load and any incline, so we confirm the drive package for your site.

Can the bed be customized?

Yes. Larger beds, shelving, side rails, cradles, racks, hoppers and scissor lifts are built on before the cart ships. Send us a photo of what you move.

How long does a charge last?

Three 12 volt 115 Ah batteries usually last a full shift for most users. Run time depends on the load and the route, so tell us both and we size the battery package.

How is the speed controlled?

A variable speed twist grip moves the cart from 0 to 3 mph forward or reverse. Neutral throttle braking slows it when the operator lets go.

How do I get a price?

Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.

How does it arrive?

Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
