Overview
The AircraftCaddy 15K Magic Arm moves and positions aircraft up to 15,000 lb. The Magic Arm loads and unloads the nose wheel under power, so one operator handles the whole move.
A 3/4 HP 36 volt drive with a 2 to 1 chain reduction gives 0 to 2 mph forward and reverse. Three 12 volt batteries power it, with an onboard charger. It rolls on 12 inch foam filled tires.
Options include a lithium battery, a ride-on platform with WagonWheel steering, a DC power supply with a 10 foot cord, a nine tooth gear for heavier aircraft and inclines, manual or electric winches, ball or pintle hitches, a safety stop switch and virtual training.
Questions
How does it differ from the 15K?
Both are rated for aircraft up to 15,000 lb. The 15K Magic Arm adds power loading of the nose wheel, 12 inch foam filled tires and a 3/4 HP drive, where the 15K has a 1 HP drive.
Can the operator ride?
A ride-on platform with WagonWheel steering is an option. Standard operation is walk-behind at up to 2 mph.
How big is it?
93.5 inches long, 40.75 inches wide and 53 inches to the handle head, from the maker drawing.
How do I get a price?
Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.
How does it arrive?
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
