Overview

The ABS pneumatic lift raises loads on industrial air bag actuators instead of hydraulic oil. The air bags sit at an angle, which gives a lower collapsed height. With no oil on board there are no leaks or spills, so it suits clean rooms.

It is a simple, low-cost choice for transferring, stacking and shuttling goods over short travel. It runs from the shop air supply through a quick-disconnect fitting.

There are 15 standard models that handle 2,000 to 6,000 lb. Vertical travel is 5 to 15 in. Lowered height is 6.5 to 12.5 in. Platform widths are 24 to 48 in and lengths are 48 to 96 in. Each model has its own row and model number in the table on this page.
