Overview
The 90 degree tilter turns a bin, basket or container up to 90 degrees and returns it at a controlled speed. Double-acting hydraulic cylinders power both the tilt and the return.
The power unit sits inside the base frame or can be mounted away from the tilter. Tilting the container toward the worker keeps parts within easy reach and cuts reaching and bending at the bin.
There are 3 standard models that handle 2,000 to 6,000 lb. The platform tilts 90 degrees. Lowered height is 7 to 12 in. Platform widths are 24 to 48 in and lengths are 44 to 52 in. Each model has its own row and model number in the table on this page.

Can the power unit sit away from the tilter?
Yes. The power unit fits inside the base frame as standard, or it can be mounted remotely. Tell us the layout of the work cell when you ask for a quote.
How do we pick the right model?
