Overview
The electro-mechanical scissor lift raises its load on a stacked spiral column of interlocked steel rings and bands instead of hydraulic cylinders. The column supports the load from below and stops at any height with a high degree of precision.
Each foot of actuator stroke gives a foot of lift travel, so programmed stops repeat accurately. The lift can be sent to several preset levels and holds a stopped height indefinitely, which helps alignment and precision work. One or more columns set the capacity.
There are 16 standard models that handle 2,000 to 8,000 lb. Vertical travel is 24 to 60 in. Lowered height is 10 to 16 in. Platform widths are 24 to 56 in and lengths are 44 to 119 in. Each model has its own row and model number in the table on this page.
What comes standard

- Drive motors rated for variable frequency drive control
- Over-travel and under-travel limit switches in the base
Questions
Why choose a mechanical lift over a hydraulic one?
A mechanical column holds a stopped height indefinitely and repeats programmed stops accurately, with no hydraulic oil. That suits alignment and precision work. Tell us the stop heights you need.
How do we pick the right model?
Start with the heaviest load and its footprint. Pick a model whose capacity covers the load and whose platform fits it, then check the lowered and raised heights against your work heights. Each model has its own row and model number on this page.
What do we send for a quote?
The model number from the table, or the load weight and size and the heights you need. Add the power at the site and your delivery ZIP code. We confirm the model and send a written quote.
How fast does it lift?
The speed depends on the model, the load and the power unit. The maker does not list it for the standard models, so ask us for the time on the model you need.
How do I get a price?
Call us or send the form. Tell us what you move, the route and your ZIP. We send a written quote with the machine, freight and build time.
How does it arrive?
Most machines go by freight truck from the factory. Parts and smaller items can go by FedEx or UPS. Freight to your ZIP is on your quote before you order. Rush and overnight shipping cost extra. We sell and ship to US addresses only.
